I chose this charging valet because it can charge up to 6 pieces at a time. My husband and I can share it and keep everything located in one central area. (both cell phones, 2 ipods, and digital camera) Although, I probably could have purchased a smaller 4 charge station for less $, since I rarely charge everything at the same time. It's a well built product, functions well. I did some research before picking this one and some of the cheaper ones don't include the power strip. This makes a nice gift because it's complete and requires no assembly or purchase of additional parts. We gave one to my dad for his birthday and he gave it a good rating as well.

My husband and I set up all of our electronic items and let them charge overnight. Each morning my cell phone and earpiece are fully charged and easy to find. It's nice to have it all together in one place and it looks nice as well.
The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the front compartment could be a bit bigger. Otherwise, it's great!

Prior to finding this product my kitchen desk was a maze of wires. Now everything is hidden and organized. It is tucked into a corner and looks like it belongs. I like that the product included a power strip and that the strip is hidden in the back of the unit.

There are a lot of these items available in most catalogs. Unfortunately, most of them are of a pretty disappointing quality.
This item exceeded my expectations. The quality of the wood and finish is better than I was expecting and there is a nice no slip padding on the surfaces where you put the electronic items.
Also, I was a little leary of the big Brookstone logo in the photo, but the logo is actually on the back of the item in a very unobtrusive place.
My only gripe is there is only three slots for electronic gear and the front section. Four or five would be ideal for me, but if you have five or less items to charge, you should be fine.

The charging valet has really helped keep our desk in order. All the cords are tucked out of the way and they extra tray in front neatly stores note paper, receipts, and other loose items that were always scattered about

While not the most beautiful thing on my kitchen counter, this piece is well made and functional. It has definitely made it easier plugging in all our electronics at the end of the day vs. pulling out and unwinding all the cords from the drawer.

We didn't want our kids to keep their cell phones in their bedrooms, so we bought this to put on the kitchen counter and all cell phones must be in their places by 9:00 pm.
It was a little difficult to get all chargers to fit in to the power strip and to get the powwer strip to fit in the back of the charging station.

I have a cell phone, PDA, digital camera and cordless phone that all need to be plugged in. I would have these items scattered throughout the house being powered up or they would run out of juice because I forgot to power them up. Now I have the convenience of one station where all of these devices are located and are powered up.
I can't say anything against this item except that it's pricey. But sanity sometimes justifies the price.

I love having one place to have all of my electronics charging without all of the messy cords everywhere. That is my favorite part, there is an extension cord that is hidden within the valet so you don't see any cords! My one very small con is that the plug outlet is a little thick so the valet sticks out slightly from the wall but it is a very minor issue.

The Charging Station was the PERFECT gift for my husband. He has his ipod, cell phone and PSP player charging at the same time and it sits handsomely on his dresser so it can also be used to hold loose change, etc. I was slightly disappointed that I was able to find very similar products for much less AFTER I bought this one.

Before buying this product, charging cords were wherever anyone left them. Try to find them when you needed them nest time. Now they are all neat and tidy in the charging valet!!! No more lost cords. Life is good!!

Before buying this caddy, my ipod, cellphone, blackberry and wireless headsets were everywhere -- different outlets throughout the house. This caddy is truly a one-stop charging shop... no more hunting for open outlets or lost cords. My only gripe: the cord storage compartment is too small for multiple cords, bulky plugs and the power strip.

The only drawback my husband found on this tray, was the overall size. He thought it could have been bigger to allow for a more multi-functinal utilization. Currently, he uses it to hold his wallet, watch, change, money clip, BlackBerry, earbug, keys, assorted busness cards and other detruss gained throughout the day. A larger capacity, maybe with drawers, would offer a more all-inclusive mutli-functional peice of furniture,raher than just a chager.

The charging valet has been a wonderful find for our family. We now have one central place to charge all of our electronics and it looks nice too! What sets this apart from other valets is that it comes with a power strip and 2 electrical adapters...I found a cheaper one somewhere else that did not include a power strip & adapters. I highly recommend this valet.

Concept is good. Liked the fact that it comes with extension cords for large plug adapters. Cherry was lighter in color than expected. Holes are too small for some chargers, such as Sony cell phone, to fit through.

Helps to organize the different items that need to be charged in a stylish way. As I said above, the power cord is very bulky and is difficult to manage when setting up and adding items. The cord is much too thick and long. The space between the plugs on the power cord needs to be wider so that all the plugs can be used.

Love this item. Keeps cords hidden and in one place. Now, we don't misplace or confused charging cords anymore. Nicely made with velvet like material to keep items from sliding around or being pulled by the weight of the cords.

It's a great organizer. Instead of having phones and chargers all over the countertops, this is an attractive, functional piece. All of the phones are now organized and charging and neat in appearance. The product comes with all of the cords needed to properly hook-up.
I liked the looks over this product versus some of the cheaper versions around.

I bought this product for my husband who has many electronic devices that require frequent charging with different chargers. This product allows all of these products to be centrally located, eliminating the early morning "Have you seen my blackberry...bluetooth....blaah-blah" conversation. Next, it helps us keep the cords hidden and organized. Also, it is extremely aesthetically pleasing and actually complements the wood grain of our bedroom set.

This was a gift for a cousin of mine who is always hooked up to some electronic but he said that it makes it very nice that he can hook up all that need charging and it also serves as a valet for his wallet, keys and pocket contents at the end of the day.

Great to keep all of our gadgets in one place...we even use the front slot to place my husbands wallet so he won't forget it in the morning when he takes his charged cell phone! It is a bit tough getting all of the large plugs organized and into the back of it. Also, it is a bit more expensive than I think it should be. Overall, quite happy with it.

This is a great place to store and charge all my devices, from my cell phone to my iPods. I also use it as a place to store my remote controls for my television, DVD player, and Bose system. My wife is an organization freek, so when it showed up on her Kaboodle account for her Birthday it was a no brainer.
I love it because all the electricity wasting transformers or power supplies are now on one outlet strip, and I plugged that into the lamp outlet so the switch is by the door... (Charge at night - Off in the day)
One draw back... wide plugs do not pass through holes in the back.

I hooked up my cell phone, my video camera, and my nintendo DS to it on the first day and it was so simple. The wires are no longer visible, and if you just use the velcro that comes with it to wrap all the wires together it is neat too!

I looked at organizers for awhile before deciding in this one. Not only does it hide all those ugly cords, it looks great too! This item is truly functional and well constructed. Anyone who has more than one cell phone in their home should have one.
