I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas and have download photos, which was not hard to do. I think when she gets it she will be pleased.

This product does not work with Toshiba computer. Device can't be recognized. Cute little gadget but I'll never know how cute because can't get passed hooking it up. Called for help, still doesn't work. Will go back to the store. Make sure product will work for you prior to purchase to avoid the hassle!

My daughter gave me this digital photo keychain for my birthday. It is so easy to use and easy to carry with you everywhere you go. I loved it so much, I bought one for my mother in law and programed the pictures in it for her. I also bought one for my husband and I know he loves it because he enjoys sharing pictures...and it's so easy to change pics anytime you'd like. I have seen other similar photo keychains and they do not compare in quality of this one. This product is so reasonable, I recommend anyone to try it.
I bought this item as a gift for my brother who is leaving for Iraq. It will enable him to take a load of pictures with him of his family and he can upload others at a later day. It's an excellent gift for any soldier.

Great gift for grandparents. Wish the screen was bigger and the images clearer, but for the size it gets the job done. Better for close up photos--too many details lost in group photos.

This is a clever way to show off multiple photos without carrying around your camera or a photo album. Especially in the digital age, where photos are taken and uploaded, this is the easiest way to show them off. The photo viewer attaches easily to a keychain, making it readily accessible. Our only real issue was that when we tried to install the software to my laptop, it crashed the program, and we had to install it on another computer to use it. However, we use this to show off the photos of our new baby, and in a case like that, one photo is just not enough!

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day and he loved it. I downloaded pictures of the children and favorite family photos, which was very simply easy and quick. It stores a lot of images, was pleasantly surprised. He thought it was great and it's small not bulky, yet the images are clear. I loved it and thought this is great even for myself or for another gift!!! A+++++++ item.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She LOVED it! Whenever she gets together with friends they pull out pictures of their grandchildren, my mom rarely carries a purse so she never has any of her own to show. She can't wait to upload all those pics to show off her handsome grandsons.

I love everything about it except the interface. It worked perfectly the first time, but I have not been able to add more pix. The program freezes, and sometimes freezes up the entire computer. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software only made it worse. I can still show off my grandchildren, but only at the age they were when I was able to load their pictures :-)

I've bought this keychain five times for gifts, and it is wonderful. It holds 60ish photos--has the largest display of the keychains out there--has a slideshow function. Just a great product. Easy to use, too.

This is the best quality mini digipic item that I have found so far. Just probably not great to use as a keychain because as your key's turn, so does the barrel and you are apt to lose the photo part. Great as a clip on accessory in your handbag though!

I researched these and tried out 3 models. Brookstone's has the sharpest picture by far. Being a photographer, I am very picky. I have since purchased a few as gifts for my family. This is a great way to carry and share pics. I would not, however, recommend it being put on a keychain simply because the barrel untwists and I actually lost my first one. Brookstone did replace it for me so I cannot speak highly enough about your customer service folks!! I will be a continued customer. Now I keep it inside my handbag rather than on a keyring as I don't want to risk losing it. It's a keeper!

Sent it to Florida to my father-in-law for Father's Day. He loves it! He's 80 yrs. old and he says it is easy to use...has a nice big clear picture, yet it is compact for your pocket. He shows it off to family and friends. He has pics of the grandkids, family photos, a great golf shot, he goes 4 times a week! Even fish he's caught on a charter boat, and well just anything really. It is very useful. Let your mind wander and you'll think of so many uses for this light, compact wonder....

This was a Christmas gift and aside from the quirks of the software (had to save pics as .gif files in a separate folder before uploading), I have LOVED this item. This was until about 2 weeks ago (5 mos of use) when the chain that holds the unit on, broke in half. I tried to super glue it, but it is heavy and gets bumped, so it didn't hold. I have to think that I can't be the only person this has happened to and I'd like to get a replacement. I plan to go to the store soon to inquire - I am just glad that I heard it when it fell and I didn't lose the thing completely!

As a Christmas gift, I hadn't really started to use this until recently (June). But I was still incredibly amazed. I barely had to look back at the owner's guide to use the keychain. And I was so excited to attach it to my keys and show all my friends. It's such a great way to keep recent vacations in your pocket-- much better than a cell phone screen and way more conveniant than a digital camera.
However, the real reason I stopped by brookstone.com today was to see if there was anyway to fix the small software problems I've been having. Interestingly enough, the actual keychain is not the problem, but the software can sometimes be moody (isn't all technology these days?)
ALL IN ALL I LOVE THIS KEYCHAIN AND RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUICK GIFT THAT WILL PUT A SMILE ON THE RECIPIANT'S FACE!

This is a keychain that I gave my wife for Mother's Day. She loves it! We uploaded photos fairly easily to the device. Now on her keychain she can look at her favorite photos of us (and show off our little one) anywhere, anytime! Perfect!
I love that I can show off my beautiful daughter who was born this year on Easter to my family and friends. The only thing that I don't like is that the screen scratches easily.

Great product when you get it to work, BUT VERY HARD to get to work. Software is confusing and hard to load and organize. If you get the hang of it, its a GREAT VALUE AND GREAT BUY!

This was a gift for my mother -- who is both a grandmother and great-grandmother. Not only does it make a convenient brag-book, it relieves her of much of the hassle of having to having to update the brag-book. Also, she automatically carries it around, so there is no chance of forgetting the brag book. She loved it so much I bought a second one as a father's day gift for my godson, who is a young dad. This was a gift to carry with me and as a key chain it is a poor idea because the quality of the screen is not durable. I take care of my items and this is not a smart idea for a key chain because the screen schattered and was classifed as a abused and not covered by warranty.
This was given to me as a Christmas present last year by my daughter who really shopped for quality. The pictures that I have inserted into to this look just super and now I don't need to carry individual pictures that get bent, etc. One item in my purse with over 60 pictures! Just love it.
